Junior Frontend Developer

Job Description:
- Leading major projects to build user-facing features on our new platform to solve customer problems and drive user engagement and satisfaction
- Partnering with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand our users and improve their experience with the product
- Developing high quality reliable user-facing features and functionality using React and NodeJS
- Setting standards and driving engineering best practices for development and operational excellence for your team
- Influencing your team s technical strategy, software architecture, and even product strategy
- Contributing to our design system and React UI component library
Job Requirement:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- An ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions 2 - 4 yrs in the related field
- Experience building UI components using the latest in ReactJS and server-side applications using nodeJS
- Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux
- Thorough knowledge of CS fundamentals: Data structures, the time complexity of algorithms
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Node, etc.
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test-driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies.
